There are discussion groups such as Bible Study, lent course, art discussion at different times during the year. There are reflective walks during the year.

Our Lent Discussion Groups: 
These will be held 10.30-noon and 7.30pm-9.00pm on these Wednesdays: 12 March, 19 March, 26 March and 9 April.

Our Lent journey this year is based on the Church of England’s little booklet of 40 Daily reflections “Living Hope: A Lent Journey.” We have 50 copies to give out, which will also be available online as an APP. We will also be drawing on the accompanying book, “Wild Bright Hope”, SPCK’s Lent Book for 2025.
Hope is not the same as optimism. This year’s theme doesn’t gloss over the fact that life in our world is both joyful and often painful, with illness, death, poverty and violence. But we still have hope in God’s continued love for us.
Our Lent Reflections begin at the Ash Wednesday services on 5 March at 9.45am and 7.30pm. This will be followed by the Lent discussion groups on Wednesdays at 10.30am & 7.30pm in the Vicarage on 12 March, 19 March, 26 March , 9 April (final sessions in Church).
